Both my wife and myself enjoyed your Tour hospitality and every thing, If I say in short. Did not have any negatives or short comings to complain. But one thing you may consider improve is the Restaurant we had lunch in Hanoi not up to the expectation. For the benefit of your company something you could consider for improvement.
Jennifer from the day one, of contacting your company and your self, you are fabulous and have provided everything we require, accommodate our requirements, looked after our selves throughout, and made sure our holiday was a pleasant one.
As widely traveled person and I could not expect more from any Travel company. Your company and specially your self provided us with absolutely magnificent and brilliant service.
