When we were in Hanoi, tour operator at our hotel insisting us buying train tickets from them. I refused and said we already had an agent arranged it for us. He tried to sell to us for $45/ticket (standard cabin on Livitrans) my goodness luckily we didn’t buy from them. Later we spoke to MinMax Travel and we were advised that Livitrans ticket is only about $30. Without their warning we would have been ripped off. Thanks so much, we really appreciate their kind help. After one day enjoy Hanoi city tour, we caught a night train to Sapa. We had 1 night stay in Fansipan View Sapa Hotel and 1 night in home – stay. We had a fantastic experience meeting friendliest local people who are strangers to us but always greeted us with their most beautiful smiles. All our transfers, accommodation organised and almost all our meals were catered for. Trekk where all well planned and just the right amount of activity so it was still challenging, enjoyable yet not tiring. Whenever i travel to vietnam and I know for sure that we will contact minmax travel.
