The attracted food trip to France
The biggest French food event will be organized in the Ho Chi Minh city by The French Consulate in city next week.
After the success last year with more than 1,600 visitors, the second edition of “Balade en France” (Jaunt in France) by Sopexa Company is expected to offer a culinary walk through seven French regions, the company said in a press release.
Wine importers and major French restaurants in the city will join forces to offer quality local recipes, including white and red wines as well as cheese, crepes, and vanilla chicken, the company said.
A French band, Bigot Swing, is also coming from France for the occasion, along with lucky draws and animations for the children.
The food trip - a interesting tour will take place Friday and Saturday next week, from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. at Equatorial Hotel, 242 Tran Binh Trong Street, District 5.
Tickets can be pre-purchased until October 18 at VND490,000 (US$25) at Sopexa partner shops in the city, or they can be bought at VND540,000 a piece on the day of the event.
