Workshop on introducing Malaysia destination at VITM Hanoi 2013
On April 18, 2013, Malaysia Tourism Promotion Bureau (MTPB) organized a workshop “Malaysia – an ideal destination for your journey” at VITM Hanoi 2013.This is an activity within the framework of the campaign “Malaysia Tourism Year 2014” to introduce products of MICE tourism (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions), one of the strengths of Malaysia.Attending the workshop were about 100 representatives from relevant ministries, travel businesses and media agencies. The representatives were introduced with overview as well as updated informations about the products of MICE tourism in Malaysia.At VITM 2013, Malaysia Tourism Promotion Bureau has 8 booths introducing the beauty of landscapes and traditional culture and tourism products in Malaysia. Especially the unique performance of Malaysian artists of making tea Teh Tarik brought interesting experience for the participants.
