Vietnam Festival in Japan to be held in September
Vietnam Festival in Japan will take place in Yoyogi Park in Tokyo, Japan on September 15-16.
The event is organized by Vietnam Festival Council in co-ordination with the Vietnamese Embassy in Japan.
There will be a “Meet Vietnam!” area, where the food, souvenirs, music and culture of Vietnam will be introduced to Japanese people.
The first festival, held in 2008 to celebrate the 35th anniversary of diplomatic ties between the two countries, attracted 150,000 visitors.
Since then, it has been an annual event to push cultural exchange and reinforce the close relations of the two nations.
