A Dragonair Airbus A320, the first direct flight from Hong Kong to Da Nang, landed at Da Nang International Airport at 9 am on Thursday (March 28), carrying 186 passengers. Representatives of the city’s Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism warmly welcomed the passengers and crew, and presented flowers to them.The opening of the scheduled service between Da Nang and Hong Kong is one of the city’s trade and tourism promotion activities marking the 38th anniversary of the liberation of Da Nang.Dragonair will operate 3 Hong Kong - Da Nang return flights per week - on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays. This service will bring more visitors from Hong Kong and other countries to Da Nang and, in addition, Da Nang residents and visitors will be able to travel to many countries through Hong Kong Airport.
