Halong is a fascinating tourist destination

The world famous travel site Tripadvisor has announced a list of hotels and destinations with the best gastronomy in 2011. The natural heritage site Ha Long Bay was named on the list and also honoured in the top 25 attractive destinations in Asia.

According to Tripadsor, splendid landscapes, attractive caves and the global premier value of Ha Long Bay (Quang Ninh) recognised by UNESCO created fascination for tourists whenever they visit the bay.

Hoi An, an Ancient Town in the central province of Quang Nam was also named one of the most-fascinating gastronomy destinations in Asia. Tripadsor said that foreign tourists were charmed by traditional and delicious dishes of the ancient town.

With this, Vietnam has two heritage sites, Ha Long Bay and Hoi An, recognised by Tripadvisor.
This is a good news for Vietnam travel companies.
