The Cambodia Culture Week 2011 will be held in the southern region from Nov. 16-23.
The Arts Performance Organising Centre of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism said that during the week, a 35-member ensemble from Cambodia will give four performances during the week.
They will perform special dances, including Apsara and Juba dance (Panpipe), depicting legends and the daily life of Cambodian people as well as Vietnamese and Cambodian songs at the opening of the culture week at the Ho Chi Minh City Theatre on Nov. 17, the Military Zone 7 Culture House on Nov. 18 and in Vinh Long province on Nov. 19 and 20, the centre said./.
