Vietnam Airlines will reduce fares on summer
The national flag carrier Vietnam Airlines (VNA) on March 5 offers promotional seats for “Summer 2012”, discounting by 50% both domestic and international routes operated by VNA .
The program is available for individuals in Vietnam purchasing tickets from March 8-19, flying within April 1 to May 31 and from September 5 to October 31. The carrier said that these tickets are not available during rush periods including the Hung Kings’ Death anniversary, April 30 and May 1.
Passengers can now fly between Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City to Da Nang or Hue for only 770,000 VND one way. There are over 100,000 promotional seats, accounting for 17% of the total selling tickets on domestic routes.
For international flights, all VNA passengers flying to 26 destinations in Asia, Europe, and Australia have the chance to buy a special two-way ticket, ranging from 1,025,000 VND (49 USD) to 10,410,000 VND (499 USD) of the total of over 80,000 seats.
These prices are not include taxes, surcharges and can be changed beyond Bank interest rates at the time of delivering tickets. Passengers are not charged a delivery fee if they buy online at www.vietnamairlines.com.
This program is an annual activity to diversify prices in all routes operated by VNA, encouraging passengers to pre-book, as well as opening more options for them while travelling by air. It's really useful for Vietnam travel companies.
