In the circumstance, Hanoi has joined hands with other provinces and cities with huge tourism potential such as Ho Chi Minh City, Quang Nam, Quang Ninh, Hue, Lao Cai, Ninh Binh, Thanh Hoa and Dak Lak to tap its potential.

Hanoi and Quang Ninh will coordinate to exploit Tuan Chau, Ha Long and Yen Tu and historical relics and landscapes in Hanoi.
In combination with Thai Nguyen, tourists will have chances to enjoy beautiful scenery of West Lake and Hoan Kiem Lake and visit the poetic waterfalls of the Dak Lak Provinces such as, Gia Long, Krong Kmar, Thuy Tien, Bay Nhanh, Dray Nur, beautiful lakes such as Lak, Ea Kao, Ea Don and primeval forests such as Yok Don, Chu Yang Sin and Ea Kao.
Hanoi has associated with other provinces such as Phu Tho, Thanh Hoa and Hue to tap into the vast potential for tours to historical relics and cultural places.
