With approximately 70- storey, the buildings like Keangnam, PVN… are honoured as the tallest buildings in Vietnam.

1.PVN Tower – 79- storey

PVN Tower is the tallest building in Hanoi in particular and Vietnam in general. Initially, the expected height of PVN Tower is 102- storey. Also, it is expected the total construction expenditure is more than 1 billion USD. However, last March investors adjusted this figures so the tower will have 79- storey and the expenditure is USD 600 million.

Now, the tower is in progress of construction.

2. Keangnam Hanoi Landmar, 72- storey

Keangnam Hanoi Landmark Tower, the complex area of hotel – office – apartment – commercial centre, is built on Pham Hung street, Tu Liem, Hanoi. The complex area includes a commercial center tower that is 346 meters in height (72- storey), office for rent, 7-star hotel and two high-grade 48-storey apartment buildings.

The tower was completed in March 2011. In the time of inauguration, the tower was considered as the tallest one in Vietnam.

3.VietinBank Tower,68- storey

VietinBank Tower was rebuilt in the 30,000-square-meter area belonging to the Ciputra urban area (Hanoi) with the total investment expenditure of about 400 million USD. VietinBank Tower includes two towers: the first tower of 68-storey and the second tower of 48 -storey.

4. Bitexco Financial, 68- storey

With the height of 262 meters, the construction expenditure is USD 220 million, the Bitexco tower is the tallest building in Ho Chi Minh city. It is a new symbol and a lighthouse of Saigon. Besides, it also has set two Vietnam records for the helicopter apron hanging in mid air and the highest observatory. The tower has been listed in the top 20 most impressive building in the world and had the third fastest elevator.

5. Hanoi City Complex, 65- storey

65-storey Hanoi City Complex is 195 meters in height. The total expenditure of the project is about 400 million USD.

According to the design, the building is divided in to 3 main functional areas: office area, apartment area and commercial service area with 4 underground storey using for car-park and technological issues. At the main tower, there is a garden for every 4 - 6 storey to improve microclimate.
