Daklak - a peaceful highland

Daklak, another highland but in the South, has its own jade – Buon Me Thuot City, the capital of the province and also the biggest city in central highlands.

Visiting Buon Me Thuot, tourists can have a chance to ride elephants, the unique of Tay Nguyen, attend many special festivals and taste its delicious dishes like vegetable, dried meat, especially the best coffee of Vietnam. Another interesting place is Yang Prong Cham tower, the only Cham tower all over Tay Nguyen built in 13th century in order to worship God Siva to wish for a happy and peaceful life. Meanwhile, Ea Kao lake , 12km away from Buon Me Thuot, is another attractive destination.

Located only 12 km to the Southest of Buon Me Thuot city, Ea Kao lake is a tourism site constructed in a large scale.

Yang Prong Cham Tower:

The only Cham tower in Central Highlands situates in Ea Sup District, 100km away from Buon Ma Thuot.

Buon Ma Thuot City:

Located at a height of 536m, Buon Ma Thuot is the capital of DakLak province and also the biggest city in Tay Nguyen.
