Dien Bien, one of the most famous highland provinces in Vietnam, is remembered mainly by the bunkers and shelters of French Army, which were left over after Dien Bien Phu battle in 1954. Among them, De Castries Bunker ( the head quarter of French Army at that time, led by General De Castries) is the most worthy one to visit.
