There are many tours available on our website. From single-day tours to 20-day countrywide tours, wherever/whatever you’d like to see in Vietnam, we can take you there. Click on our wide variety of packages in the Tour section of the website, read through the trip details and contact our staff directly. If you’re looking for a custom tour, simply follow our detailed “tailor-made form”, which enables you to fill in your destinations, requirements, personal requests and time frames. Our staff will respond to your requests and inquiries within 24 hours, helping you the rest of the way.

At MinMax Travel, we do our best to be as accommodating as possible. Visitors should try to book tours as soon as the flight and vacation plans are definite, though we are often able to arrange last minute travel plans as well. Send us your inquires and you will know within 24 hours whether or not our team can meet your deadlines.

After receiving your tour request, our team of professionals will look into the logistics and availability, and respond back to you with the results. After receiving your acknowledgement and plan to book, the tour will be confirmed and a down payment may be required.

Yes! Simply provide us with the tour request and the personal details of the person/group you are organizing the trip for, and the MinMax Travel experts will do the rest.

After your trip is booked and confirmed, we will do our best to accommodate any changes that need to be made. MinMax will not charge the customer any fees for changing a booking, though external fees (changes through airlines, transport companies) may apply.

For a complete booking, we will need your full name (as it appears on your passport), nationality, date of birth, gender, passport number, place of issue, date of issue and date of expiry.
